​7 Years or experience as an on-field engineer working on low-rise residential buildings and performing mechanical inspections for commercial spaces. 4 years of experience as a design engineer designing structural and MEP systems for both residential and commercial buildings. Notable projects include affordable residential buildings in the Bronx and a 3-phase residential and commercial building complex in queens.
