Davood’s career in design and construction reflects a steady progression from the precise role of assistant electrical engineer to a broader leadership position as Deputy Program Director. He developed his expertise at the Department of Design and Construction, where he held various roles over the years. As his skills advanced, Davood moved into project management and then senior project management, leading teams to successfully complete complex projects. His strong leadership and dedication culminated in his appointment as Deputy Program Director in Construction, overseeing a substantial portfolio of projects. In February 2022, Davood brought his extensive experience to ShapiroCM. Currently, he serves as a Project Manager for the General Services Administration (GSA), continuing to demonstrate his depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence.
