A degreed Architect and CCM, Rob has 30+ years of CM industry experience. With a strong background in all forms of CM and GC project management, he joined ShapiroCM in 2010 to run the $12MM IRS Service Center Energy Upgrade project in Holtsville, NY. The 550,000 SF project, in a fully operational building complex, included the biggest roof replacement in the country. Following this, Rob led our $20MM New Entrance Pavilion and Re-Stack project at Moynihan Southern District federal courthouse in lower Manhattan, one of the most high-profile public sector building renovation/upgrade projects in New York City. Rob went on to take on multi-project responsibilities for various clients, most recently in charge of oversight of our robust portfolio of work for the federal government.

Personal Note: Rob's perennial optimism is linked to his lifetime support of the NY Mets.
