Analytical and meticulous designer/project manager/super/mechanical Engineer with
8+ years plus executive experience budgeting over 750M + worth of design, from
start to finish, Solid understanding best practices in designing mechanical equipment
using CAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Procore and Bluebeam. Dedicated team collaboration
skills as well as high/low supervisory leadership skills. Successful past projects include
the Marriot Edition Hotel, Charles B Wang Community Health Center, Hyatt
Thompson Hotel, Various expansions, and interior retro fits along with fire alarm
upgrades.
