Tom has 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, regulatory compliance and project delivery. He is currently applying this knowledge to a New York City Housing Authority boiler replacement project. Tom’s previous work includes serving as Project Manager on multiple combined heat and power systems and backup diesel generator installations in New York City. He has also held positions as Mechanical and Regulatory Compliance Engineer on nuclear power plant projects and fossil power plants in Tennessee.

Tom is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and has his PMP certification. He continuously adds to his list of impressive education credits to maintain his PE and PMP certifications.
