Tousif served as Project Manager on a high-profile boiler repair and replacement project for the New York City Housing Authority. Since then his assignments have included project management on another NYCHA project and a nationwide project for the federal government. All three roles utilized his experience with data analysis, heat exchangers, tanks, vacuum systems, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, furnaces and mechanical-equipment specifications. Prior to joining ShapiroCM, Tousif worked on several heating-plant-upgrade projects for multifamily buildings in Manhattan.

 

Tousif is also a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
