Ajay is a Senior Project Manager assigned to a portfolio of projects with the New York City Housing Authority. He currently oversees a portfolio of $4.46B in project value across New York City. Previously, he had successfully completed a program of $20M which included various quality-of-life improvement projects for NYCHA. He is proud of his past work within the New York University Capital Project, including energy analysis and site audits of all NYU buildings. He has also worked on various infrastructure and roadway projects in Kerala, India. His expertise covers multiple areas including Project and Program Management, Contracts, BIM, Construction Scheduling, Environmental, Accounting and Finance. 

 

Ajay holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. ​​
