Boiler Replacement Project  

​

 Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management is preferred.

  • Expertise with accomplishing all required regulatory signoffs within project assigned duration. Familiar with all current regulatory requirements for NYC construction projects.

  • Knowledge of eBuilder or equivalent electronic project management system.

Onsite Construction Manager/Superintendent

Roofing Repair/Replacement Project

 

Requirements:

Experience with scope: ACM and lead abatement

  • Removal of telecommunications equipment by utilities (coordinate with various utilities)

  • Remove existing 4-ply membrane roofing material at main, bulkhead, and canopy and replace with a cold fluid applied reinforced roofing system at all buildings.

  • Roof deck repair at main roof and bulkheads (wood and concrete deck)

  • Roof parapet repair/replacement with railing.

  • Repairs to rooftop structures repairs: (bulkhead repairs, bulkhead doors replacement, remove and rebuild compactor stack, replacement of bulkhead metal staircase, brick repairs at bulkheads, demolition of smoke rooms, repair of concrete roof tank support structures, replacement of roof drain body and dome with all accessories.

Section 3/Project Administrator-Assistant Inspector

Must qualify as Section 3 Employee

  • Prior experience in construction or construction-related positions preferred.

Mechanical Inspector

​

  • Educational background in mechanical engineering, architecture, and minimum 5 years’ field experience related to mechanical/boiler installation. EIT or CCM registration is beneficial.

  • NYS asbestos handler’s license or better, preferred
