​Position Title: Project Manager/Inspector (NY Metro area)

Salary: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

 

Job Description:

Our Firm seeks a construction project manager who has experience working on capital projects for Public Agencies in same PM capacity to be a project manager/inspector on a contract to provide CM services for multiple projects at locations in Manhattan, Long Island and Newark, NJ.

​

The Project Manager for this Contract shall have a college degree (bachelor) in an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction discipline. The Project Manager should have at least ten (10) years of construction project management experience managing projects relevant to this Contract.

Relevant project experience would include the following:

  • Fire Alarm Repairs/Upgrades/Replacements

  • Switchgear Replacement

  • Building Envelope Repairs/Replacement

  • BMS Replacement

  • Elevator Replacement/Modernization

  • Projects performed in an occupied office building, that maintained business operations during construction;

  • Projects performed in buildings with more than 2 floors.

  • Projects performed for the Federal Government.

  • For similar projects over $1,000,000

This position will require a minimum of residency for the last three years in the United States - for credentialing.
