Roofing Repair/Replacement Project



Experience with scope: ACM and lead abatement

  • Removal of telecommunications equipment by utilities (coordinate with various utilities)

  • Remove existing 4-ply membrane roofing material at main, bulkhead, and canopy and replace with a cold fluid applied reinforced roofing system at all buildings.

  • Roof deck repair at main roof and bulkheads (wood and concrete deck)

  • Roof parapet repair/replacement with railing.

  • Repairs to rooftop structures repairs: (bulkhead repairs, bulkhead doors replacement, remove and rebuild compactor stack, replacement of bulkhead metal staircase, brick repairs at bulkheads, demolition of smoke rooms, repair of concrete roof tank support structures, replacement of roof drain body and dome with all accessories.


Section 3/Project Administrator-Assistant Inspector

Must qualify as Section 3 Employee

  • Prior experience in construction or construction-related positions preferred.

Assistant Project Manager, Boilers Project

Mott Haven Houses, NYCHA, Bronx, NY


  • Assist the Project manager to perform project constructability/pre-construction review

  • Ability to read and review contract drawings/plans and specifications

  • Assist the project manager to prepare and review the project schedule; track and documenting construction milestones

  • Track and document the long-lead items and their installations

  • Ability to utilize the client's cloud-based software (eBuilder)

  • Review and process/distribute Request For Information (RFI)

  • Assist the project manager to review contractor change orders, preparing CM estimates, performing change order validity analysis, and conducting negotiations

  • Review and process submittals

  • Assist the field superintendent and the project manager to review the contractor pencil copy and invoices based on actual construction completion and send feedback/revision comments

  • Coordinate with the client, architects, engineers, special inspectors, third-party vendors, and general contractors to execute the project per the contract and per relevant building codes

  • Oversee construction activities, prepare daily logs/reports with time-stamped photo documentation, quality control, and track progress

  • Provide the client with updates in the form of daily logs, biweekly reporting, and monthly progress reports

  • Promptly notify the Project manager and the client (when required) when resource conflicts and/or long lead items prevent meeting the deadline for the completion of planned work

  • Set-up meetings and take meeting minutes when required

  • Maintain construction documentation

  • Review and ensure the preparation of project closeout documentation



Assistant Project Manager – Federal Projects, NYC – Summer 2024

Support the documentation and management of a portfolio of projects with multiple Project Managers.


  • Ability to take direction from multiple project managers.

  • Strong skills navigating construction project management software systems, experience with Kahua preferred.

  • Obtaining a clearance that requires 3-years US residency.

  • Ability to read plans and specifications.

  • Experience with BIM.
