Alex Ortiz
Superintendent
Before joining ShapiroCM, Alex spent 20 years as a Site Superintendent with a focus on high-rise construction. His experience includes work with New York City Recreational Parks, where he played a key role in rebuilding several parks throughout the city. He also managed the Bloomberg project for two years and collaborated with the DOT on road reconstruction projects across all five boroughs. In the private sector, Alex successfully completed 14 apartment buildings in Brooklyn and Queens, working closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Noteworthy
A former right-wing soccer player, Alex stepped away from the sport due to injury but remains passionate about helping others, cooking, and music. He also has plans to write a book in the future.
