With over 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, Ayad is currently assigned to a project with the New York City Housing Authority. He was previously part of a team that delivered three high-profile boiler repair and replacement projects for NYCHA. Some of his previous project work includes the building of a nitrogen system and hot oil system in Iraq, as well as an HVAC system for the Iraqi government. ​
