Project Manager 

Charles brings over 30 years of experience in the HVAC and construction industries, with a strong focus on large-scale energy performance contracts for CUNY and OMH through DASNY, DB NYCHA, and NYPA projects. He is highly regarded for his work as both a Senior Project Manager and Project Controls Manager, earning an excellent reputation across the field. Charles now applies his extensive expertise to the current NYCHA Boiler Plant Project.
