With over 10 years of combined civil and mechanical engineering experience, Marlon recently contributed to several major projects with the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), providing key supervision throughout. His responsibilities included the complete removal of existing boiler units and the delivery, installation, and connection of new high-pro􀀁ile boilers—including all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Marlon also supervised chimney repair and replacement work, as well as the renovation, construction, and oversight of a new metal boiler room structure at the Hammel Houses development in Queens, NY.
