Holly was named CEO of ShapiroCM in 2025 following a decade with the firm, where she progressed from Business Manager (2015–2020) to Executive Vice President (2020–2025). In those roles, she assumed oversight of virtually all business operations, including finance, contracts, risk management, human resources, and technology.

 

Prior to ShapiroCM, Holly spent seven years at Accenture, advising national clients on business strategy, operations, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on operational efficiency and revenue growth through program management.

 

As CEO, Holly is focused on long-term growth and positioning ShapiroCM — now a woman-owned small business and embarking on its 25th year — to compete on its greatest differentiator: its people.
