Jay has over 40 years of experience in building design and construction. Prior to launching ShapiroCM, from 1996 to 2002, he was NY/NJ Vice President for Heery International, a national architectural engineering/construction management firm. From 1988 to 1996, he was Vice President and NJ Manager for Tishman Construction Corporation, one of the nation’s premier CM firms. He has successfully delivered projects, large and small, including commercial, institutional (K-12, higher ed, healthcare) and multi-family residential. 

 

Jay is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey.
