Jeremiah Osaye
Superintendent
Jeremiah is a Construction Project Manager with over 16 years of extensive experience managing large-scale private and government infrastructure projects. His portfolio includes work with agencies such as NYC Parks & Recreation, the NYC SCA, NYCHA/FEMA, and most recently, the GSA. With a background that also includes oil and gas projects in Nigeria and the UK, Jeremiah’s expertise spans a broad range of disciplines—including deep-sea oil and gas drilling, MEP systems, boiler replacement, architectural and civil construction, and comprehensive gut renovations. He has contributed to several high-profile projects, including the NYCHA Sandy Recovery Program, the NYCHA Boiler Replacement Program (New PRV Station), the LEED-certified Idlewild Nature Center for NYC Parks, and multiple superstructure developments throughout NYC.
