Jose joined the ShapiroCM team in early 2020 with extensive experience directing multi-million-dollar construction projects. A few of the projects that Jose is most proud of include the $4B renovation of LaGuardia Airport as well as a current assignment to significantly upgrade a 1895 building with many historic features. Jose’s experience includes bidding and estimation, material planning, permitting, budget management, technical problem-solving, feasibility analysis, value engineering, sustainability and green building design, energy conservation, quality assurance and control, and regulatory compliance.

 

Jose is a licensed Professional Engineer in NJ, NY and FL and is OSHA 30-HR certified.
