Mark is a Licensed Professional Engineer from the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Certified Energy Manager. He is currently serving as Senior Mechanical Engineer for the Job Corps Program through the United States Department of Labor. Mark has 30+ years of experience including HVAC System Design in the A&E environment and in Facility Assessment, and has served as Resource Energy Manager at Naval Station Norfolk. His design work includes hospital renovation projects, military facilities, commercial properties, and municipal buildings. Mark has experience designing new LEED Silver projects, and an extensive background in field investigation. ​
