Michael is currently assigned to the IMF JFK Vault project in Jamaica, NY—a complex undertaking consisting of six projects housed within a single large facility. The primary focus is the construction of a seizure vault, with GSA, U.S. Border Patrol, and USPS as the main clients. With approximately 36 years of experience in construction management, Michael has led projects both domestically and internationally, including hospital construction in Saudi Arabia, aircraft hangars in Japan for the U.S. Air Force and USAID, and various federal facilities across the United States. Most recently, he spent six years in Washington, D.C., managing GSA-related projects ranging from $1 million to $33 million. Originally from Michigan, Michael is currently based in New Jersey while overseeing the Vault project.
