More than 20 years of experience in Construction Management, Contracting and Real Estate industry. Through my career, I have worked in different types of projects (Residential and Commercial) and different level of entities (Owner, General Contractor and Government Agency).  I was blessed to work in various stages of construction projects, starting from pre-construction stage (Bidding, feasibility studies) to project planning (Developing Project Management Plan), executing (Implementing plans), monitoring and controlling (Quality, Cost and Schedule Control) and project closing (Substantial completion and closeout).

Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.

Post-Graduate Diploma in Construction Management.

PMP Certification - (PMI) Project Management Institute.
