The ShapiroCM team of Nunzio Petraccoro and Amjed Alzanga recently completed a neighborhood center on 93rd Street in East Harlem.
The total project cost was $2.1 million. It was finished in 10 months.
Renovations included: kitchen, chefs office, food storage area and two new walk-in freezers. A new steel deck was installed on the roof which holds a new HVAC system. We also upgraded the electrical system and lighting.
