Rob Lautato, CCM
Executive Vice President
A degreed Architect and CCM, Rob has 30+ years of construction management industry experience. With a strong background in all forms of construction management and general contractor project management, he joined ShapiroCM in 2010 to run the $12M IRS Service Center Energy Upgrade project in Holtsville, NY. The 550,000-square-foot project, in a fully operational building complex, included the biggest roof replacement in the country. Following this, Rob led our $20M New Entrance Pavilion and Re-Stack project at Moynihan Southern District Federal Courthouse in lower Manhattan, one of the most high-profile, public-sector, building renovation/upgrade projects in New York City. Rob went on to take on multi-project responsibilities for various clients, most recently in charge of oversight of our robust portfolio of work for the federal government.
