Sergey has over fifteen years of diverse construction and design experience in various capacities on private and public projects in New York City.  During this time his assignments included work on ground-up buildings, conversions and rehabilitation of existing structures.  While he has been involved in all phases of project delivery and directed work on all components of the building, Sergey especially enjoys addressing issues of the exterior envelope.

In his spare time Sergey enjoys indoor climbing
