ShapiroCM Receives 2025 NJBIZ Empowering Women Award

ShapiroCM is honored to be recognized by NJBIZ as a company committed to advancing opportunities for women.  

The Empowering Women – Companies Leading the Way awards recognize New Jersey-based organizations for their tangible and innovative efforts to advance women in business and in the community. 

To be eligible, companies must be headquartered in New Jersey or have a physical office in state with a minimum of 50 employees. 

Following an open nomination process, an independent panel of judges chose honorees based on their commitment to efforts such as: 

• Having a track record of recruiting, hiring and promoting women

• Offering a mentoring program for women

• Working toward systemic change in society to combat inequality

• Contributing to philanthropic or community endeavors that advance the cause of women
